Lukas is Managing Partner at nexgen and Managing Director Germany at Allegro Consulting: executive search agency. He has a large talent & start-up network and is the founder of the student initiative Munich Business & Finance Club.
Previously he has worked several years in strategy and HR consulting, advising both global corporations and SMEs. Furthermore, he co-founded three organisations in the fields of e-commerce, education and professional services.
Daniel is a Partner at nexgen and manager of multiple businesses. He has co-founded a beerpong brand, freelancer agency, and cutlery brand.
Previously he has worked 2.5 years in strategy consulting companies and as freelancer. Renowned for his slide excellency and modelling skills, he is in charge of pitches and model validity.
